Replaced all gaskets, seals, bearings plus new output shaft but still leaks.  Any suggestions?

Did you use RTV on all the gaskets when you sealed it up?

Also, did you install the gaskets and seals dry?  Or did you butter them with some type of gasket sealant?

A light coat of sealant is reqd on the output shaft splines before installing the driveline yokes as well.
How do I know this you ask??Embarrassed
