Doesn't look like a 1946 column shift set up. Is a from another vehicle or later Willys?

Full Floater rear, tool indents, wrong steering column but looks like they have managed to graft a pipe elbow on to support the top of the shifter.
I think its an early one that has been bubbafied a bit. Would be nice to see a serial number...13000 (approx) or less is my guess. Adrian
