Purchased some white oak from a local reclaimer. Came from an 1800's dismantled barn. Natural finish with Thompson's water seal brushed on...

Wow, over a hundred years old and no termites, lol.  Must be really sour wood, lol.  Looking good though.  Are you ever going to restore the little trailer fully or just leave it as is and use it?  What about a tarp to go along that rack?

The factory red paint is under one brush coat of red...... I might have the whole thing sandblasted and prime and repaint....

Did you had that done some where or you did it yourself?  I lack skills in wood working.  Needless to say, I don't know anything about wood.  Wish I did though.

The hole has now been welded shut, and almost finished. I also installed a rear vinyl decal for test purposes of seeing if the vinyl will stay in place.....
