I am wondering about these seats. How original would they be. Seems like a Brown leather with burlap on the inside. [IMG]uploads/5794/1429814639434.jpg

Well wasn't that nice of you, my phone seems to be having trouble loading the pictures.

As for the avatar it seems as though a greasy caterpillar wandered into the shot.

I don't believe black or dark brown were ever offered as originals. But, they do look pretty nice.

I couldn't find anything about leather seats but everything else in the Jeep has been matching numbers so I wasn't sure

Ouch!  That Naugahyde comment is worse than the avatar slam!!

Tough crowd, thager.  I'd keep the seats until the Naugahyde ripped,  errr, I mean the leather.

Naugahyde is what the better seats are made from its much more weather resistant then Leather or vinyl. Its what I just had my seats redone in to the tune of $400.00

It's fairly rare to find a 65 year old Willys that has the original seat fabric.  When you do, it's not generally in the best shape.  They're like tires.
