Just watched a pretty good old movie titled Bad Day at Black Rock, starring Spencer Tracy. It's set shortly after WWII and in the AZ desert and Spencer T arrives in town on a train. He needs a ride and ends up renting a MB/GPW from a young girl, that he rolls around in the rest of the movie. Lots of good footage of a Jeep in a desert environment...and not a bad movie either.

Yup, I always liked that movie. Some good actors in it and good shots of the Jeep.

And the cool thing is Spence's character has only one arm and still drives and shifts that MB!

One of my all time favorite movies!  Spencer's one arm judo is well worth watching over and over.
