Very nice! Our growing season is well over. We had a couple of hard frosts three or four weeks ago. I'd like to be up deer & elk hunting in mine, but money is too tight for licenses this year...

My wife, Tichelle, likes your canvas top.

The top was made by our very own "jpet" here on the site. I am very pleased with its performance.

Great looking Jeep. Better hook up the belt drive and saw some firewood. It's time. John

I figured that since winter is coming and there would be no need for the belt pulley, that I would remove it. And then I realized that I sold my PTO shield, so I spent the afternoon and made a cover to try and replicate the one in a pic in Fred Coldwell's book...... Not exact, but functional to prevent entanglement.

It looks great, brilliant photos,  hopefully I can post some of mine sitting on its wheels for the first time real soon.

I really like the Harvest Tan, but finding a little bit of Pasture Green on my headlight trims was enough for me to put it back to its original colour.....I think the trims were the only original body part I got with itLOLLOL

Thanks again for the update.

Hi Mike,
Great photos of a stunning jeep.
Happy to see you found a paper drum
The safety contraption on the pto is interesting. I take it you are refering to the preproduction CJ book? I have not seen this mechanism in the book though... If it is that book, what page is the illustration on?
Thanks
Claus
