I am like you and limited what I can spend and just finished making and installing my front floors , part of right side, rear valance and a tail light panel. All in all it was easier than I thought so just jump in there and do it yu will be surprised hw easiy it is. I do have a 48" brake and 54" shears, and I used an angle grinder with cut off wheels to cut out and fit the panels. My hardest challenge was taking a big dip out of the rear floor that was rusted bad and went all the way between the wheel wells . I did it by cutting out the dip between each rib and welding in flat flat pieces. It was a lot of work but I am glad I did it. JIM

All are do-able. A brake would be helpful. The tale light panels are just a rectangle with two flanges. PM me and I will send you part of one.

Has anyone made thier own body panels? I need to replace the pass. side rear and the two taillight panels, and the whole rear valance and tail gate frame. Trying to do this on the cheap and replacement panels are out of the budget. I do have plenty of 18 gauge stock a brake and a mig welder. Just looking for some advise on this.
