I have a orignal in good shape one rust spot and the inner windshild hinge could use some work. Pm me if interested.

Comparing the blue original and the red repo windshield You can see the problem with my repo windshield.
The radius vector is too small on both sides of the lower part of the windshield. I.e the area where the rubber sealing is mounted to the windshield with scrws. The problem is that the windshield does not fit in these areas and as a result you can feel the breeze flowing through when driving your jeep.
Has anyone else had the same problem?
As the windshield is one of the parts that easily is rotten I think we should be glad there are good repos around.
