If you can still set the Toe in, I suppose it will do, but if not, given parts are expensive and rare in Argentina, I would heat it up cherry red and bend it back straight.

There are two things on a jeep you don't take chances with; brakes and steering. I would replace it. Any attempts at straightening it can weaken the metal which can lead to premature failure. Not worth the risk.

That looks like a special reverse bent tie rod end.
They were used with aftermarket long (one piece ) tie rods. Did this Jeep have a long (knuckle to knuckle) tie rod on it at one time ?
