With the six bolts removed, it should slide off.  It may have some gasket sealant holding it in place.  Give it a few taps with a dead blow hammer.

Depends. Is there a large nut or a clip on the outer end? If there is then the nut or clip has to be removed before the hub will slide off.

I will try to explain what I have.
The hub, with the long bolts, is loose
but will not come off. I have even
applied considerable force by
wedging cold chisels and screw
drives.  It moves about 1/4" out.
It will also turn 360 degrees?

I am afraid to apply too much force.
Also unable to use a puller.
I am out of ideas.  I also have
tried removing it with the adjustment
free and set on.

Can you get the dust cap off? You may have to bolt the hub back on and tap the dust cover loose to see what is under there....a nut or a clip or?
