I have an M-100 that goes with my M38, and had been looking for a T3-C to go with my CJ3B. Here's what I found last week, no data plate, but I'm thinking 1947:
Someone has extended the hitch, and I'll be cutting that off

Here's the extended hitch:
I was afraid that the casting was damaged by whoever installed the hitch, but it was intact:
I've ordered a new Fulton 308 coupler and will modify it to fit. Next is major sandblasting!

Charlie,
Checkout the Bantam trailer website of Art's. I see you have the later style spring shackle as shown in the link. http://www.bantamt3c.com/bantamshackles.htm Randy |

Finished hitch with Fulton coupler. Just need to find the round knob!
Tailgate repairs done, replaced the 1" angle iron and the top half of the hinges. Also filled in the right taillight hole that someone had cut, and am working on the replacement Arrow style taillight.

Too cold to sandblast or paint, so I decided to machine a spacer for my taillight, as per Gale Breitkreutz's article on the T3-C page. I used aluminum.

Finally got around to sand blasting, shooting some epoxy primer and painting my T3-C. Decided to go with gloss Navy gray to match my Navy CJ3B.
