Please see Questions and Answers for some topics that frequently appear on this board. As you can see, this board loads rather slowly. If you are posting something for sale, please remember to include your location since someone who might otherwise be interested might not be able to use a part or a vehicle that is too far away. Posting your location when you're selling something that needs to be hauled will save everyone's time (and reduce the number of posts on this already too-slow message board). Thanks.

confused about wheel colors

I have a 1946 that was originally Harvest Tan with orange wheels. They look like pumpkin orange with a black pinstripe. According to a post on this page a while back from Todd Paisley, showing willys colors and the wheel color, that orange would be sunset yellow. Then I got a copy of a page of 1948 Willys colors from Nason Automotive colors, sent to me from Beachwood Canvas. It shows Sunset Red as a real red color and a pumpkin orange color listed as Autunm Yellow. I want to have one of my Jeeps painted Pasture Green with Autunm Yellow wheels. Is that the orange color that I have already on my wheels or is it a real yellow? The other Jeep I want to paint Normandy Blue with Sunset Red wheels and I need to find out if Sunset Red is truly a red or is that the orange that I have from my original Harvest Tan 1946 Jeep? Plus I would appreciate knowing how to mix these four colors with modern codes. Have I gotten everyone as confused as I am know? Please help
