There is a posting and some good pictures on a post tiltled "Heat riser", see the follow up by Jonathan 4-7-05. Hope this helps, as I have the same chore. A little PB Baster for a month now and I'll be ready for the torch or sawsall, these are allways rusted beyond recovery they'll allways bust out, Buy a tap and easy out set and sharpen those drill bits.
