Firewall holes?

does anyone know what the correct useage is for the center holes in the firewall?, I am trying to figure out which holes the speedo cable and oil pressure pipe pass through.

Starting from the drivers side, I believe them to be:

1. throttle cable
2. choke cable
3. ?
4 tempature gauge
5 original high voltage coil wire for ignition mounted coil.

below these, to the right of the emergency brake cable hole, I believe the right side harness passes? and below the emergency cable hole, a bit left is another hole which I have no idea about.
