Maybe a little late, but this is Carl's, a 1950s era ice cream shop in Fredericksburg, Va. It is virtually unchanged since it opened, except for the prices. I'll try to get the full sized jeep down there soon :-)

Ok how about a picture of old city hall, warehouse, barn, business district etc of your town where your 2a would look at home out front.

My vote is not to change it.   I think it is a great idea/hunt. Smile

I have a few ideas in mind,  but no time to act on them.   My son and wife bought a house a few weeks ago.  It was not necessarily a fixer-upper,  but definitely needed a major tune-up.    I have been spending most of my "free" time with that.

They moved in yesterday,  so I should be able to get back to a more normal life.  If someone does not beat me to it,  my hope is to put some road miles on Wilson, and post something this week.

Anybody getting out an about with your Willys?  I wish I could, but still not running.  This is a good idea.  I'm looking forward to seeing old architecture.

Following the "Town Hall, Factory" challenge, here's "Woody" in New Preston, CT.
He fits the scene pretty nicely!

Wow!  Carl’s!  I graduated from MWC about 20 years ago.  Your pic sure brought back memories.

It certainly is a Fredericksburg landmark, same for Allman's BBQ, Are you still in the area?

Yes, I was at the Mason Dixon meet and the Gettysburg tour the day before. It was a great weekend.

Woody fits right in, it's not a stretch to imagine that could be a scene from 70 years ago in front of that establishment. Nice job!!!
