Send a PM to "mkoloc"  the current holder of the tool....

I suggest each user send it at their expense, onto the next user.  I did that a couple of users ago, and if that tradition is respected, there will be no need to send about money each time.    In other words, each user is obligated to send the pliers on to the next, at their expense.

The pliers fit nicely in a US Postal Service Small Flat Rate box, which has tracking and costs about $7 for each user.   Bonus is a Priority Mail label can be printed on www.usps.com ;   "clik-n-ship"  and you don't need to take a trip to the PO!

Cheers, Jeff

Whom ever has the welt rivet crimping tool please step forward...

Mark63 is looking to be next up.  Please contact him.

The last holder should post here, when ready to pass them on, so the next folks know who to contact.
Thanks Jeff

My front radiator guard is painted and RFJP's welt and rivets are standing by waiting to be installed.  So I would like to borrow the welt pliers from whoever has them available.  Please post your identify and I'll PM you; or just PM me for my mailing address and I'll post the plier's current whereabouts and status. Thank you all for this great tool lending program!

12-27-18:  I sent a PM to nofender requesting to borrow the grill welt pliers.  He quickly responded and the grill welt pliers will soon be on their way to me.  Hurray!  Thank you nofender for maintaining this wonderful small tool lending program.  Big smile

nofender:

The grill welt pliers arrived today, bringing along some 2 inches of snow and single digit temperatures that will drop to 0 degrees tonight. Burrrrr.  So it will be a few days before I venture out into the garage and install the welt on the grill.  After that is accomplished, I'll mail the pliers back to you. Thank you, nofender, for directing this wonderful tool sharing program; and Happy New Year to all jeepers!

AlaskanRocket do you still have the set of pliers?
If so, let it be known so the next person who needs them can contact you.

Thanks, and Happy New Year,
Jeff

Welcome back Jess (Alaskanrocket)...   Looks like we have the original pliers back in the mix now.
Who needs the crimp pliers now???   PM Alaskanrocket and arrange to have him ship them to you, and then post on this thread so the next person in need knows whom to contact.

Thanks,

Jeff
