Was talking with another member that suggested starting a California Flat Fenders Club and thought it might be a good idea to post some jeep pics of members interested. May be we will see each other driving down the road or wheeling thru the hills. Post a pic and if you are interested in heading up the club let us know.

Great to see you going for it Steve! I want to see some of those Calf. Jeeps! I bought my gpw in N. Calf a few years ago.
 I intend to bring it back to Calf to show to the guy I got it from. So, sign me up as a member!

sounds great! I will get a pick of mine up as soon as it looks better than a chassey and pile of sheet metal. I thought I would give it a shot and if some one wants to take over then so be it but if I don't try I won't know if it can be done. Getting the CaFFC going that is.

after looking at the post from the SCFFC I noticed I should probably give you a little idea of who I am and what we are looking for in the CaFFC. My name is Steve and I have been checking out the CJ2A page for about 3 years now. I don't have a 2A but working with a 3A, so you don't have to have a 2A or even a jeep but have the interest in them. There are no dues or scheduled meetings just an interest to get to know your fellow jeepers and maybe get together to what others are doing with there jeeps or have some fun with these fun four wheelers. Steve, I just checked the IFFC site and there is a CaFFC already in fact there is also a possible NorCalFFC. I don’t want to discourage you; In fact I would love to help you. Can you / we contact "Laserman" the president of the CaFFC, or "george" the listed president of the NorCalFFC, and 1, see if you can join up with them, or 2 If they would like to let you assume the president title and let you run with it. I believe Lew has there contact info (I hope). As "I.T." for the IFFC I would like to see the president of the CaFFC to start a face book page or group, and or a patrol e-mail address. All are free to do, and I can help with that if needed. Also we do have to current patrols running that have club decals made up. They agreed to help other patrols get there decals going to. OK guys, I contacted the other fellas. I was having steve run with it since there was no activity on from the other guys. But that might just be because no one responded and they forgot about it. That sort of thing happens as we are all so busy. Please see if you can PM each other and make contact. Anyone can be the POC and like Scott said, a FB page will help push things along.
