Some might think I'm crazy, the total was $538.  I didn't know what it would cost until they called me to say it was done.  I told them from the get-go that I paid $500 for the Jeep and I don't want to go crazy with a speedo restoration.  The Jeep is worth way more now, but it's still a $500 jeep to meLOL  Some of the gauges they are restoring carry a $10k price tag so I don't feel too terrible...Plus it's an original piece back in service.  I see it like a piece of artwork that can't be reproduced.

Did this small shop have the capability to calibrate a speedometer in the vehicle?

My vintage van's speedo is off by a larger margin than I can correct for with drive gears.

Some might think our wives are crazy with how much they spend on a purse or shoes.  Thanks for posting the price.

That I don't know, you'd have to call them - 503-246-1287.  Bruce Abbott is the owner and works with his son.

Otto, I’ve got several gear-drive adapters in various ratios. Shoot me a PM if you’re interested.

Finally got that rebuilt speedometer installed after my little snow ride.  Couldn't be happier with the look.
