As we come down the home stretch of re-assembly, I'd love to confirm the consensus opinion on a host of detail questions.

The Subject is '46 2A 29289.  This was one of the 29XXX series with a modified MB chassis, which we've faithfully restored along with all the ad hoc mounting brackets and surgery.
Color is definitely Pasture Green, which we've reproduced based on some good paint in the tool well.

Based on my longtime lurking on this site, and various searches, I believe the following to be , but would love to gather last minute opinions:

Things to Paint Black:
  • Hood hold-down
  • vacuum lines
  • Spare wheel carrier
  • Parking lights
  • Mirror (what size mirror is correct '46?)
  • Wooden hood blocks for windshield
  • Bumper
  • Gauge surrounds
  • steering column and steering shaft
  • Floor access panel (for master cylinder)
  • throttle pedal
  • Fuel cap
  • Fuel Tank (??? confirm? I've seen some body color...)
  • Seat frames
  • transfer case lever boot surround ring on floor
  • Parking brake handle??? I've seen it both ways...

Other details:
  • Windshield extender hardware is galvanized, or plated, but not painted
  • Most Fasteners are plated/unpainted
  • Footman fasteners are flathead, slot, with sheet-metal acorn nuts (any sources for these?)
  • Is there any guidance on Fasteners generally?  My default is 1946 vintage.
  • I've seen photos of a rear chain removable link with a pivot/hinge pin in the center.  Any sources?
  • Headlight rings are body color, but do I detect that the inner ring of the headlight itself is painted black?
  • Windshield wiper, I know they made many variations.  What is correct? Source?  Any NOS out there?
  • Passenger side wiper: hand operated?  Or should I simply omit?
  • What is the story with Square vs. Round washers on windshield frame?  Which is correct?  Dimensions?
  • Boot around transfer case levers; suede?  color?
  • Any other detail elements I'm missing?
Thanks very much in advance for any assistance. Backstory:

Mighty nice lookin’ jeep. But then, green is my color. Would you by chance have a source, or a recipe for that, that you could share?  BW
It is NOT a Jeep Willys! It is a Willys jeep.
