Hi all,

I got this email from Lee. Louie can use some prayer.

Letting you know my uncle Louie has been in VA hospital Minneapolis ICU for a week now, has double pneumonia and Guillian Barre syndrome, that is where your immune system attacks your nerves and causes numbness in your legs and arms. Not doing well at all. He turned 88 in October and has been doing very well up to this past week, I seen him a week before this started and he was well then, kinda came on fast. At this point he is holding his own.

Sorry to hear that, Jeff. We'll be thinking about your uncle and send a prayer his way. Hope he gets better soon.

Thanks. For clarity, Louie is Lee(MN)’s uncle. Louie is “Gopher4x4” in the page.

Prayers sent your way.....sorry to hear this news.

Double pneumonia by itself is a hard thing to kick...even worse if the immune system is affected.

Take care Lee....thinking of you & family.

Prayers for Louie.  He was my source of info (and parts) when I did my restoration from 1997-1999.

Many thanks to you all for the thoughts & prayers My sister and I spent yesterday afternoon/evening with Louie & family. Tough to see no doubt, he is on a ventilator and heavily sedated, he has improved some 👍🏽 But is far from out of the woods!. The support from the MV/Vintage Jeep/Off-road communities has been overwhelming to Gloria (wife) and family, Many thanks to you all and please keep it coming
