   We solved the driveshaft issue. I posted elsewhere that the driveshaft was too short to mate up to the 44. Well after some thought and contemplation I saw what the true issue was. 
The core issue was the early style flange yoke does not allow enough driveshaft angle to meet a lifted rear. The previous owner of the axle had cut the perches off and increased the pinion angle to account for this. It was a clean fix and worked very well - no vibes. 

The new 44, the pinion angle was stock. so the drivershaft would not droop enough to make the connection. So I swapped the flange yoke for the later style. Everything bolted up fine. I still think the driveshaft is a bit on the short side. I would like to see it maybe 3/4 of to an inch longer. But it will function just fine as is. Maybe down the road I'll have one made that is a bit longer. 

Early versus late style. Flange surface to u-joint center measures 1.375 versus 1.6. That small difference was all I needed. Who would have known. I picked up on this via the article in the Dispatcher on T-cases. Then I did some research on the specs. So thank you to the Dispatcher team for pointing me in the right direction! 

U-joint angle. Both pinion degree and t-case degree match. So it should (in theory) be vibration free. If not, we'll make some adjustment.
