This is from the '45 parts list GROUP 35-19 --PASSENGER SEAT
663484 1 PIVOT, seat hinge left
663485 1 PIVOT, seat hinge right
This is a pic from Jeep #10021. The interesting thing about this hinge pivot is it is made of bronze (both, right and left). not much is known for sure as to the reason why this was cast in bronze, ( there is conjecture, as like some superintendent seeing these and screaming "WHY THE H*LL ARE WE GIVING OUT GOLD HINGES") but only the first 100 or so Jeeps had these.
If anyone finds these on your Jeep let me know as I would be interested in what else is on your Jeep, (for the record)

I got em too. You still have the early light switch? Supposedly the windshield hold down latches are bronze too ------------- SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES, THEY ARE NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY STILL BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN YOU PUSH THEM DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS |
