I have a very early CJ2A (#10033) and am looking for someone that may have removed a passenger side exit exhaust to install a new system. I am interested in your weathered take-off if usable. Thanks, lowenuf

Hey Mike, not my project not my decision.....I know what you are trying to accomplish but it wouldn't be real hard to 'rust up' a NOS pipe and muffler to look pretty realistic AND it would still be pretty solid exhaust unit.

A little usage and nobody will know but you (I know, that's the problem, right?)

Just sayin' an exhaust will 'age' pretty quickly.....yes, like I said, I know it's not a ' survivor' system but how do you know the one somebody provides is either?

Just something to ponder....good luck with it.

If those are indeed NOS it would be something to consider for me.... if in your shoes. ( amazing what a little salt water bath will do)

I have just the oval muffler with rock rash and dents from the Rubicon. Its a reproduction i bought from northstar willys years ago. The cross pipe was destroyed. It may have to much patina for you. Its not rusted out, just has extra styling.
