other than it not having a full floating rear diff, i see it mostly intact....

It looks like a very workable Jeep. The windshield is incorect and it looks like the bottom part of the tool indents have been reworked...Still a workable Jeep.
CJ2aAl, go check it out! 
At least if you can't swing it you can give us the low down on what it is. Seems we've seen a number of '45's lately. Smile

A few years ago I had about 30 1945 CJ's counted, but I think that number has grown since then.

I dont believe it is a 45, to many things wrong . windshield... rear axel.... engine. maybe he is reading the serial # wrong. my guess 46
Too many jeeps.....GOT JEEP ?
