A sold out banquet is definitely good news. How are people feeling about Thursday's trails? I can do a half day at work and get there after noon but Vandyz site shows it closed Thursdays. I’m also game for pottawatomi or cruising some backroads headed towards Ashland. Then I'll head to sedalia for dinner.

I’ll be there Thursday. I’ll be preparing for the reunion till after lunch and I know of at least one more wheeler who will be there. I thought maybe drop into Potawatomi but I’m up for anything.

Fantastic turnout ! I’m not sure I’ve seen this many Jeep enthusiasts in one place . Thank you all for your hard work too make this happen ! Nice too see old friends and make new ones. On a side note my apologies to David and Charlie 😬. Hopefully I’ll be better behaved if I make it next year.

I had a grand time !
I enjoyed every minute of it, especially getting to ride along on the trail ride with Thomas. The ride out to the off road park was fun too, especially the high speed run on a short stretch of the freeway. Never been in a CJ2A going that fast I plan to bring along one of my own Jeeps next year. Sold and gave away a lot of small parts, and one guy even talked me up on the price of some hinges in the "Free" pile insisting on paying for them. Picked up a very decent CJ2A windshield, a super nice original steering wheel, and a nice vintage tire pump, all of which will be going on my "MB Clone" project Jeep. The tire pump is like those supplied with WW2 Jeeps but it has no government stamping so not military, but it looks the part.

If you can't get there in a Jeep you don't need to be there!
