 Calendar Event: 30th Annual Spring Willys Reunion May 19-20, 2023Posted: 08 Jan. 2023 at 10:28am |

The 30th Annual Willys Reunion moves to a new location at the Hilton Garden Inn, North Canton, Ohio. As always, the show will feature historic Willys Jeep vehicles, a large swap meet where you can find a variety of new old stock and good used parts to help you restore your Jeep and keep it original and on the road for years to come. Registration for the event is just $15 if you bring a vehicle, $5 if you don't. The $15 covers every Jeep you bring. Friday and Saturday we will have special technical presentations taking place under the big top.
A Friday night dinner will be held on site and free under the big top for everyone who registered for the show. Lunch Saturday will be available for purchase on site again. Dinner Saturday evening will again be under the big top, Picnic Style, with the same folks as last year - The Traveling Smoker of Sean Wagler and will include the main entree, sides, soft drinks and deserts, so be prepared with lawn chairs and eating out doors with Live Music during dinner. Each registered person gets FREE dinner ticket for them and one dinner guest ticket. Additional tickets are available.

That it is, however, just pay attention before you click submit, the reservation is defaulted to 4 nights, if you aren't staying 4 nights, you will want to change that...

Reservation made and added an over flow hotel to the website.
Confirming the Willys Reunion Special Reservation Link does default to a Sunday Night Stay leaving Monday so make sure you edit your stay accordingly.

I am happy to report that we are good to go wheeling at Southington Off Road Park before the Spring Willys Reunion again this year! The date will be Thursday May 18. Like last year the park will be closed except for us so we'll have the whole place to ourselves! If you are going to the 2023 Spring Willys Reunion we invite you to come a day early and wheel with us at Southington Off Road Park!
You can cruise around enjoying the scenery and photo ops ,
or anything in between! (How many old Willys can you count?)
So here are the details for the Spring Willys Reunion Wheelin at Southington Offroad Park: Once again Cheryl, Dave and the SOR staff are going out of their way to accommodate our Willys Reunion Wheelin adventure. The park is normally closed on this day and they are making special arrangements for us to wheel there again this year. We will have the whole place to ourselves and will have access to the entire park. A big change this year is that we are to come in thru the main entrance at 10321 Silica Sand Rd. Garrettsville, OH 44231. NOT the unmarked entrance off Rt. 82 that we have used in the past. I will have a sign posted at the entrance and by the cabin where you will check in. Date: Thursday May 18, 2023 (The day before the Spring Willys Reunion) Times will be from 10am to 5pm. Cost is $25.00 per vehicle (Discounted from$30.00 thanks to our gracious hosts!) Passengers $5.00 Everyone including passengers MUST have signed the online waiver ahead of time. I would suggest doing it now so you don’t forget. suggest that you bring plenty of drinking water, pack a lunch, and bring a dust
mask. We will leave our cell number, CB channel, and FRS channel posted
by the cabin so late arrivals can find us. Also, Southington Off Road
Park is really going out of their way to make this happen for us so let’s be
extra considerate. If we see trash, let’s pick it up. And be sure
to thank the folks at SOR for all the extra effort. As the date gets closer I would like to give SOR a rough
headcount. I you are planning to wheel with us please post it here on the

Got my hotel reservations, show application and signed the SOR waiver. Looking forward to seeing you guys again,trail riding and the show! Hoping to have my latest project finished by then and bring it for a test run.

Hotel Details
The Hilton Garden Inn has asked us to keep the following things in mind during the show: No outside alcohol in the bar area, lobby, fenced in patio area or registration room. This is due to Ohio liquor laws. They also ask that your private beverages be consumed from “Solo” cups if possible. We will provide those and they can be used anywhere outside the hotel. Due to the proximity of the Akron/Canton airport, no drones can be flown. The hotel does not have any tables that can be used for the swap meet/vendor area, please provide your own if you need them. Registration will be held in the Hall of Fame Room, directly behind the front desk and can be accessed from inside or outside the hotel. Entry to the show field will be marked clearly. It will be directly to the right of the hotel from Landmark Blvd. Trailer parking is available at the end of the field. We will post a map of the show grounds. The hotel staff is excited to welcome the 30th Annual Willys Reunion and are there to help us make the show a great one. |
