So somehow with the pandemic and the fact Oregon was mostly on fire when I ordered the tool to install the locking bead in a CJ-3A windshield frame I ended up with two of them. I could go to the hassle of taking one of them into Salem and UPS'ing it back to amazon. But with my work schedule thats not likely to happen. SO here's the Deal Just like the Grill Welt Pliers that float around the forum doing their thing. I would like to offer this tool for the same kind of honor system. Its a Lisle 47000 and is a quality tool. Once the groove and bead are lubed up nice with some dish soap and water it was very easy and quick to install the bead. So who wants to be first? PM me your address and I will send it to you. its still in the package NEW. If one of the Mods see's this and can make it a sticky that would be cool.

Nice tool, beats using dish soap and a string.

If you can't get there in a Jeep you don't need to be there!

For the cost of postage to mail it back and forth you can buy one for less than $15. Google "Lisle 47000 tool". Good luck! |
