Really good looking Jeep, looks like a lot to work with. Love the 'rusted but not rusted through' look you've got going.

Wow, talk about PATINA! That's the most nicely 'aged' Harvest Tan paint I've ever seen on the 2A page. Very cool find indeed.

At assembly, the tube shaped cross member has 3 positioning notches that fit into 3 slots in the frame rails.  They were then welded together.  Not the cleanest looking welds from the factory, but they ALL look like this.  Leave them as-is for an authentic look.

My JPET half soft top arrived today! It is absolutely old world craftsmanship! The attention to detail is incredible. My son watched as I installed it and said "that just looks satisfying to do". The fit is just amazing.

Glad you like it. Now roll that jeep out into the sun so the canvas will tan up and shrink up.

That top looks great, does it go on using just the front part of the full top hardware or are they different parts ?
