Is it worth changing over to the 9.25" clutch? I will be doing the t90c and rock eaters 3.6 gear set.
Thanks

Yes definitely If your skidding logs or pushing snow.
But maybe not so important for light weight use or slow speed rock crawling.

Whatever you do Don't install a genuine  9-1/4" Borg Beck cover plate.
Way too stiff.
Go with an original 9-1/4" Auburn cover plate.

I have a late type flywheel if you get serious about it.
Accepts both 8-1/2 and 9-1/4" clutches.
Currently building my final F-134 powered 3B .
