I just got this set with another deal on a parts jeep/wagon shortened to fit a CJ frame. but that is another story.
the best part of this set is it has all the dealer literature with them. Yep the case, instructions, and 3 dealer fliers. from the fliers i am guess the date to be about mid 1953. Due to one of the fliers mentioning 1952 being record sales and the new locking hubs coming out in March. So while not truly a CJ2A part the set could still be used on a CJ2A. still a neat piece of Jeep history. I will place a link a google drive folder with all the pics and fliers in PDF format. just too much to place all the pics here. |

Bill,
I've had a set of really clean hubs that I've been using for 12 years now and it is great to finally see some of the accompanying documentation. Awesome, actually! I happened to stumble across your post by mistake because of it's less prominent place on the page and I'm glad I did. I downloaded the brochures already and can't wait to read them. Very nice find and thanks for sharing. Tim
