get a message while trying to send a PM, saying that "you are only allowed to send 10 pm's in an hour, you have exceeded the limit" ? i cannot recall ever getting this mesage before....low

Low--I get a similar message when I fail to notice [or forget] that my first click on "send" got into the system. Then when I try to jog it a second time, it sends me the can't do this or that message. Could it be you are somehow trying to resend the same message in too close a proximity?
Russ would know, I'll bet.

i am sure that may be the situation Del, however, i stopped sending pm's for 1 1/2 hours, came back in, and the very 1st attempt told my the very same message...
