Your avatar is 125 by 125 as it should be. Is it okay now or not. If not, something is going on on your end.
I did see an announcement from WebWiz on August 23rd that a new version of the forum software was available (10.12, I believe). |

Ok thanks Sam....don't have time to fool with it now headed to work but in my favorites something has changed. The icon beside my bookmark for the Forum has changed to the little Windows symbol and now there is a bookmark (that I didn't do on my own) for the 'Post Reply'. It has the little jeep icon that my Page bookmark has always had. Something is screwy somewhere....I click on that new bookmark for posting a reply and I get that Permission forbidden or something like that.

I just deleted the new bookmark but the little icon for the Page is still the Windows symbol and not the little 2A. ........Have deleted cookies and restarted computer....no change.

When you are able, copy and paste here the URL of the page you have bookmarked.

There is, of course, nothing wrong with your bookmark.
Here is what I have discovered. When I use Firefox, my default browser, the avatars display as 125 by 125 as they always have. When I use IE as I am now as a test, the avatars display as 64 by 64 as they used to some time ago. In fact, in IE, everything on the page displays smaller - type and graphics.
I also noticed that all Web pages are rendered slightly small in IE than it Firefox, but the shrinkage is noting like the difference in the 125 and 64. It is more like 125 to 105 +/-, even on thecj2apage.com.
So, my conclusion is that the forum software did change recently and the change causes a problem with IE and not Firefox. There may be a configuration setting that Russ can change or it may be a glitch in the software that WebWiz has to deal with. Russ will have to sort that out and involve WebWiz as necessary.
Edit: Now Firefox is scaling avatars at 64 by 64 even though they are 125 by 125. My conclusion is that the forum software was changed but Russ or WebWiz missed changing the configuration parameter that displays the avatars as 125 by 125. I think that the only reason I did not see that impact in Firefox to begin with is that all the avatars were cached in my copy of Firefox and not reloaded. After I explicitly told Firefox to reload one of the forum pages, then the avatars began displaying as 64 by 64. Edited by samcj2a - 02 Sep. 2012 at 10:30pm |

Thank you Sam.....mine was a totally uneducated guess but it has happened before here like this so just thought I'd bring it up.
I knew I had done nothing differently and for sure had not made a new bookmark.....hadn't even posted before it happened so there was no reason I could see to have had that bookmark for the Post Reply page.
Thanks again......not a huge problem but maybe it's easily fixable.
