you shouldn't need any bolts to hold the support bracket to the body, it's welded . if it isn't it should be.

Thanks. Nothing is welded yet I am getting ready to install all new hat channels. I knew that they were welded in the front but why is there a hole through the channel and the body?

I turned my tub upside down and then laid the frame on it upside down and then lined up the frame holes with the hat channels holes and the body holes. Then when you weld you hat channels everything will be lined up.
