I bought two new Brass T's and rubber lines for my CJ2A, I notice that the fitting for the rubber line is an inverted flare and the Brass T has a flare on the bottom that is totally different than the hose, doesn't look like it would seal at all? I called Kaiser Jeep and they said I have to buy brass crush washers so they will seal?
Does anyone have the same problem? |

These both came off of an unrestored 48 2A. There was a copper washer between the soft line and the T to seal it. FWIW, the repops are exactly identical to the square fitting.
