From this one picture,  it looks like a good place to start.

I don't know how you could regret spending $150 on it. But, with one picture it"s hard to say how good of a deal it COULD BE.

Yes, it is worth $150. Wheels, engine, roll bar. Even if it doesn't work out as a rebuilt jeep you can get your money back and you may even have a rebuildable one.

Welcome aboard!

I will chime in here to agree. The roll bar is worth at least $100.00 The draw bar is worth at least $75.00. Need I go on?

If I were offered this deal I might break my hand reaching for my wallet.

What part of Oregon are you in? I grew up 40 miles west of Portland. We have many members that live in Oregon. You may find someone to help you out.

Again, Welcome to the madness, Cpt Logger.

exactly what are you buying. Without more photos a detailed description would sure help. There are most likely $300 in parts showing in the photo. So its worth buying from that point of view.

Now is it worth buying to try to fix up is going to get a lot more complicated.

first question does it have a VALID OREGON TITLE? if not while Oregon does have reconstructed titles and replica titles its still more hassle to title and license without a good title in hand.

Wheels (if they are all the same) aftermarket and worth almost nothing unless in decent or better shape.

Forget the title. You can sell enough to come out ok on this. If the frame is good you can come good to the next stage.

Buy it. I have sold old Volvos to high school students and kept them on the road. If nothing else, You have at least that in scrap metal.
