Not sure if anyone has posted
 this one but here is a filter and kit that I installed on a Continental F162 engine (sa 200 welder).
The B50 filter has a restricted orifice installed, so that solves the restriction issue for our flatheads if we want to go with a screw on oil filter but not at the expense of a dedicated by-pass mount. Walcks sell the filter base that was used with this type of filter on Mid 60's 134F engines in the CJ's I am using a NAPA 1704 bypass filter on my engine the short version is a 1050   I mounted mine down low to make it less of a mess when doing changes.

Mark, what kind of non-stick coating did you apply to your jeeps engine? Dirt seems to be absent everywhere!

The paint on the engine is VHT High heat Engine Enamel in Ford Gray. As to there not being any dirt the photos your seeing are before the engine was even started. Though now with 2500 miles on CHUG the engine is still very clean. Even with all the dirt road and a little true off road stuff. This particular paint if put on as instructed and allowed to fully cure has a very slick surface which does make clean up very easy.
