I have an old carb that could use that treatment.  Could you pm his contact info and his rates?  Thanks.

Victor, would you contact me as well, or post up Jim's contact info here, as I have one that could use the same treatment.  Looks really nice.

Gee ...that looks just like the one that he did for me !!

He does extraordinary work ....you will not be disappointed !!

If anyone is looking to have one rebuilt in the near future - a suggestion would be to contact him since the availability on USA made parts is diminishing with non- replenishment of used items and perhaps the fact that Jim may actually decide to retire ! If this happens - it will be disappointing to new customers and perhaps old ones as well.

That is why I asked him to do 3...and I still have one to look at and handle.

It works as well as it looks......so niceThumbs Up

Good luck !

Jim has his email filters set to very high and if you're new - it may not make it thru.

You could try calling , or send him a note in the mail.
Or I would be happy to pass along your "particulars" and carb type to him if you IM me.

Roc.....every carb I had done and other folks have worked impressively. I have about 12 years use on mine and there is no difference at all. About 12,300 miles according to my log book.

In times past he did a WW2 White scout car and others as well. The MVPA chapter in Canada used me for the guinea pig and once they were thru tinkering with it - sent him a handful of carbs!! ( it was a while ago)

It runs like a new Jeep!  The idle was a hair (a small one) high. The 2a starts with just a minor bump to the starter and 1/2" of choke when cold. A bump and no choke when warm.
Couldn't run any better!
