Rear tub reinforcing channel is not readily available in the UK. A club hammer and steel barsform 1.6 mm mild steel with ease. The flange folds readily if it's cut in to smaller lengths. Two pieces 18" long were easier to make than one long single piece. I used the same method to produce a front fender support.
