My buddy has a 1952 CJ3B "Fire JEEP" that needs a fender. Are the CJ3B & CJ3A fenders the same?

Thanks Bruce! Now I just need to see if someone might have a good rear portion of the front fender so I can repair his fender w/ a donor panel. |

Yes and no. The early 3A fenders are the same but the right fender on the later 3A's and all B's has a bigger "bulge" for the battery/tray. They will all bolt on.

I thought all the 3A fenders had the bigger bulge.

Not all of them! (right fenders) Even CJ-3A left fenders had minor variations.

I’m not saying I doubt duffer’s word, but if Bob W says it, it must be true.
The fact remains (unless someone proves me wrong again), the CJ3B fender is unchanged. BW

Right there were no changes to any of the CJ-3B fenders which are the same as late CJ-3A’s and all DJ-3A’s.
