I took the points out of the distributor and the lighting was pretty bad at the time. I had replaced the points before but now I’m not sure about insulators within the points mechanism to keep it from grounding against the distributor housing. Does anyone have a picture of how the condenser coil and the two flat wires from the points should be connected? I took them out because some oil had been spraying into the distributor cap and the bottom latch hadn’t been sealed or had come loose so for a period of time some oil had been spraying in there.  The reason for this is that I figured maybe the condenser had gone bad because I was driving down the road about 200 yards and then all of a sudden the engine quits it takes a while to get it started runs for about 10 to 15 seconds and then just dies again. This has been doing this now for several months and I don’t know what to do about it . Thanks
