The 30 spline units were used by IH and we’re also in some 1960’s Chevy pu’s.
Relatively few and far between.
I built one of my Jeeps with a T18/D20 combo and so I used the 3.73 differentials for hiway cruising.
I do know where you can get a set of 30 spline Powr Lok D44 side gears.
I sold them a while back and the current owner is reselling them.

I would buy the 30 spline side gears if they will go in any Dana 44 Power-Lok.  I have a centered flanged .373 Dana 44 I would like to use behind a dana 20 to avoid an overdrive. This would be in a '55 CJ5 with a 225.  I'm looking for a little more drivability on the road in my next build.

Yeah that’s almost exact what I did to one of my flatties.
D225- WR T18- Terra low D20- center flanged D44 @ 3.73 - front and rear Powr Loks.
I wanted it to be a relatively quiet jeep for long distance traveling yet still be a good off-roader.
PM me for info on the side gears.

Unfortunately those sidegears were so led last week. Are you happy with the 225/3.73/lower transfer range setup?

The drivetrain is fully complete on that Jeep but I had to set the project aside for a full year now. Ready to start body work as soon as I finish the stainless exhaust,
I’m sure will absolutely love that particular drivetrain as a versatile combo hiway and trail jeep.
My final build will be a tad more off-roadish.
D225 / WR. T18 / Terra Low D18 / Warn OD /  4.89 offset flanged again with Powr Loks front and rear.
