coil burnt out , replaced now I think I need new rotor button and maybe new pick up coil?Was wondering how to know what to order since I am not sure how to identify converted parts ,was converted to 12 volt system prior to me buying?

If this is a stock distributor there is no pick up coil. The points condenser, cap and rotor don’t care if it’s 6 or 12 volt. It’s all the same to them. The coil has to be correct.
