I want to build my own rear seat frame for my 46, what would be the best 1 inch tubing to use and what could I use to bend the corners?

That's what I was thinking, I think I can use my bench grinder with a wire wheel to take of the galvanize off where I tack weld it together. What size radius should the frame be?
