Here's one from a few years back when I was moving some cement blocks around the place, I can't remember how many were on it but they didn't hardly squat it at all with the 11 leaf rear springs!

Yes Roberto, it is a PT 17 "Stearman", manufactures in 1943 by Boeing.  What is the roof addition on your 3B?

Well, as much as I know, Willys-Viasa sold in Spain units of their CJ3Bs and CJ6s (long-wheeled base CJ3B model) with roofs like that, inspired by Land Rover Series I hard-top. It seems that the addition was attached to avoid warm temperatures at the inside. So, the sheet metal which would be heat up will be this one.

Primitive but useful idea! Wink

Rover calls it a "sun shield" and was standard when one ordered the "tropical top"(which also had oblong vent windows  that couldn't be made not to leakLOL, imagine that.)
