On the military ones you turned the outside wheels backwards becuase the spacers were shorter. On the civilian ones you mounted the rims just side by side.
SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES, THEY ARE NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY STILL BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN YOU PUSH THEM DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS
