I have been looking for a solution to a minor issue I had with the Dualmatic dash decals. The fact is, once you pull off the backing, it's stuck to your dash.
I was at the fridge with my granddaughter a few weeks ago and she pulled one of the fridge magnets off and asked what it was said....Anyway, it got me thinking. I wondered if it was possible to have the Dualmatic hub dash decal that Jonathan George had replicated years ago transferred to magnet form. It is a fraction smaller than the original decal, otherwise it is a pretty good clone. It is thinner than I thought it would be at 16mm, but I slapped it on my '46 and it held decently. The nice thing is you can place it anywhere you like, as many times as you want. If anyone would like one (or more) the cost will be $3.00 each and that includes first class postage in a standard envelope. I will also do a 2 for $5.00 deal as well. We're all here to help each other so I'm not trying to get rich with this deal, I just plan on using the proceeds toward finishing a few loose ends on #69376. Just PM me and let me know how many you'd like and I'll send you my PayPal info. Anyone who likes to do business the old fashioned way, I'll gladly take a personal check if that makes it easier. I'd also like to hear your opinions as well. My plan is to send them out every two to three days as time permits. Thanks, Tim |

I like it, I'll take one. Only a point to consider for those with good paint, I've been told you need to take magnets off periodically or they can bond to some paints. That was the large door signs so it may not apply to fridge magnets.

I got mine! It fit perfectly with my hubs!
I also bought the sticker on the hub from Jonathan a few years ago but I missed the one for the dash.

Is that blue the original color or close? Mine have been painted black and I'm looking for something to do during the rainy season (if it does actually rain here in southern CA)

That's what mine are missing! The tabs. I find I have to tighten the bolts about once or twice every hunting season. |

Timcj2a: Know it has been a while since this post. Do you still have the Dualmatic dash magnets available for purchase? Thanks! Jerry

I'd also be interested in 2 myself. Not only do I have the hubs, I have the overdrive.
