Thanks for posting, the only thing that is missing in the photo is you use your original top alternator bracket.

I am installing OMIX distributor with electronic points. Any info on setting timing. Only place I can find timing marks is on flywheel. Dont quite see  how I am to do this?

Not sure how the electronic distributor looks inside, but you should be able to tell where it will fire. There should be some sort of mechanism that causes the electronics to fire the coil. If  you can find that spot, then  you can still use the chart. Just substitute the spot that the distributor will fire for the "points just open" spot and then your golden.

I bought the Pertronix 2541 kit for my distributor. My original distributor (1GW4129) was too small in diameter to accept this installation. Therefore I ended up buying a IAD4008 distributor to make it work. Works great. Thumbs Up
Hopefully to make the ignition system complete, I bought the 40611 3.0 ohm black epoxy coil and their 7mm wires.

FYI- here is pic of the lower fixed alternator bracket we made using some scrap pieces of metal. Nothing fancy except for the upper adjustment bracket- we got creative.
