   SO I had this Idea

2 lbs ground lamb
1.5 medium Sweet Yellow Onions diced
1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
1 Orange Bell Pepper Diced
1.5 cups frozen Baby Peas
1.5 cups frozen White Corn
1.5 cups fresh Baby Carrots Diced
about 3 strips of Bacon
I  cup Pork Gravy
1 cup Onion Gravy
two packages of four cheese flavor instant mashed potato's
about 1.5 cups shredded Sharp Cheedar cheese

Brown the Lamb in bacon grease just before its done add in the peppers and onion allow to cook until the onions just start to soften

Put the Lamb Pepper Onion mix in a large casserole dish Add in the other veggies Mix well 
Pour the gravy over top of the mixture allow to soak through

Cover with the prepared Mashed Potatoes then cover that with the shredded Cheese

Put in the oven at 350° for 45 min. 

The smell is driving me crazy!!

In a few min I will serve it with hard  Apple cider. I hope I can get up out of my chair when I'm done.
