Has anyone got a windshield latch they would part with?
This is the latch that secures the inner windshield to the outer windshield frame located in the lower center of the inner windshield.

This is a pic of one on Art's '48.

I will pay you for it or if you need a small part I might have we can trade.

Thanks for looking everyone!

Hello:

I have a latch that is wobbly, but complete. Everything is there, save for the raised part that it engages on the dash, but it will need to be "serviced."

I, on the other hand, need one, and only one, thumb screw that holds the windshield arm into the cowl. I would like an original one, not an import. My latch comes off a '46.

Hope we can work something out.

Hoagy,

I don't have any thumbscrews. All my parts Jeeps had regular bolts to hold the windshiled frame to the cowl. I bought myself some repros to go on my project Jeep.

Sorry, I wish I could help.
